AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Parts Sales Manager in the Waco, TX area to lead a high-performing team and drive sales while delivering WOW! customer service. You will oversee store operations, mentor staff, manage inventory, and ensure seamless service for customers and commercial partners.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent English and Spanish communication, and prior automotive retail experience. A full-time schedule including weekends and overtime is expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates integrity and strong leadership with sound decision-making.
• Excellent bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
• Automotive retail experience and ASE certification are preferred.
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising and developing a high-performing team.
• Drive sales performance, optimize inventory, and maintain merchandising standards.
• Deliver WOW! customer service and clear communication with customers and staff.
• Support commercial/hub departments to ensure timely deliveries and efficient store operations.
