Qualifications

• Leadership with integrity and strong leadership abilities.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Automotive retail experience.
• ASE Certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations and positive experiences.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and control shrink.
• Lead collaborative work with staff and department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
• Drive sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold safety standards.
• Support in managing commercial and hub departments to meet delivery and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly while upholding company policies.
