Responsabilités

• Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high‑performing employees.
• Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees.
• Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Process Orientation – Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control.
• Teamwork – Work with store staff and commercial leaders to ensure seamless operations.
• Parts Sales & Inventory – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory.
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use and uphold safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial/hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly.
