Under guidance of the Store Manager, you’ll supervise, train, and develop staff; monitor inventory and cash handling; enforce safety standards; and collaborate with commercial teams to meet deliveries and customer needs while upholding

Qualifications

• Leadership: demonstrate integrity, decision-making, and strong leadership abilities.
• Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish for customers and team.
• Automotive retail experience: prior work in auto parts or retail.
• ASE Certification: preferred or required in role.

Responsabilités

• Leadership – assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees.

• Safety & Compliance – enforce PPE, promote risk management, and uphold safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support – assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries.
• Problem Solving – resolve customer concerns and operations issues per policy.
