AutoZone seeks a Parts Sales Manager to lead a high-performing store team and drive sales while delivering WOW! customer service. Under the Store Manager, you’ll supervise, coach, and develop staff to meet goals in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

You will monitor performance metrics, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and ensure safety and compliance. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, as is ASE certification and prior automotive retail experience.

• Safety & Compliance – enforce PPE, risk management, and safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support – assist in managing commercial/hub deliveries and needs.
• Problem Solving – resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly.
