Job summary

Kodiak Gas Services is seeking a Parts Sales Desk Coordinator in Midland, TX, to supervise daily activities and support the parts sales team in delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, processing orders, generating quotes, and coordinating with Supply Chain to meet delivery requirements while tracking orders and resolving issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities and workflow of the Parts Sales Desk Coordinators.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to improve performance and customer service.
• Monitor workload distribution, response times, and order accuracy to ensure service expectations are met.
• Continue to actively manage customer accounts and generate revenue through parts sales activities.
• Respond to customer parts inquiries and requests from Account Managers.
• Accurately process orders, create quotes, and ensure timely communication with customers.
• Maintain and develop customer accounts, promoting repeat business and resolving customer concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to meet delivery requirements and customer expectations.
• Track order status, backlogs, and escalations while proactively resolving issues related to pricing, inventory, fulfillment, or delivery.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and process improvements to increase parts sales and operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support to customers in identifying parts and product solutions.
• Communicate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive information to leadership.
• Actively participate in the Company’s safety programs and follow all safety protocols.
