• Two or more years of experience in technical sales.
• Ability to prepare accurate parts quotes and manage pricing.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service calls regarding equipment and parts identification.
• Create quotes for manufactured and purchased parts and assemblies.
• Proactively contact customers to verify needs and satisfaction.
• Sell and process parts orders, replacement assemblies, and service contracts.
• Coordinate with Order Processing Cell for lead-times and pricing.
• Collaborate with engineering to fulfill market-relevant requests.
