What You’ll Do:

As a Parts Counter Sales associate, you will assist customers both in person and over the phone to ensure they receive the correct parts for their equipment. Your daily tasks will include identifying customer needs using literature, computer programs, and your parts knowledge; recommending parts or services; maintaining a clean and organized warehouse; delivering parts; and managing shipments. Success in this role requires excellent relationship-building skills and a positive attitude.

What You Need:

• Self-motivation and assertiveness

• Verifiable experience in parts counter sales or relevant mechanical/service experience
• Knowledge of parts inventory management
• Effective communication skills for customer interactions in person and over the phone
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

• Bilingual in Spanish

Compensation:

$21.19-29.66/hr, depending on experience
