Job summary

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs, greeting all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Verifies receipt of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and stock orders in their proper inventory locations.
• Notify parts department manager of corrections to quantities and locations of parts, supersessions, memos etc.
• Properly tag defective merchandise including date and numbers and place in warranty area.
• Follow set company procedure on pricing and invoicing parts, completely finishing required documentation before disbursing parts.
