Job summary

Rechtien International Trucks is seeking a Parts Sales professional at our Fort Pierce location to sell parts over the counter, by phone, and through the shop, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service. You will assist customers in selecting parts, quote prices, and support inventory management across multiple bays and locations.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, product knowledge, and the ability to fulfill stock orders while staying updated on new products and company promotions.

Qualifications

• Retail customer service orientation and ability to assist customers at the counter
• Ability to provide accurate price quotes and information over the phone
• Strong product knowledge to explain parts compatibility and updates

Responsibilities

• Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
• Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials, exposing them to the full product line.
• Answer phone calls and provide price quotes and other information.
• Provide high level of service to internal and external customers.
• Pull and fill orders from stock.
• Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit emergency orders when necessary.
• Maintain clean and uncluttered front and rear counter areas.
• Participate in training programs and stay current on new products and updates.

Summary

• Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Provides high level of service to internal and external customers.
• Pulls and fills orders from stock.
• Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary.
• Keeps front and rear counter areas clean and uncluttered.
• Participates in all training programs that are made available.
• Keeps current on new products and product updates.

Education and/or Experience
Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
