Job summary

Rechtien International Trucks, Inc. is hiring a full-time technician at our Fort Pierce, FL location to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair International medium to heavy-duty trucks.

You will work in a flat-rate environment with a 20-hour guarantee for the first 90 days and be part of a team that emphasizes quality workmanship. The role requires reliable, detail-oriented technicians who can handle diagnostic tools and perform preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing medium to heavy-duty International trucks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair in a flat-rate environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair International medium to heavy-duty trucks.
• Operate within a flat-rate structure with 20 hours guaranteed for the first 90 days.
• Demonstrate quality workmanship and a can-do attitude.
• Work full-time on 1st or 2nd shift, Monday–Friday.

Rechtien International Trucks is seeking experienced and dependable mechanics to join our team at our Ft. Lauderdale location.

Must possess:

• Competent technical knowledge and experience to effectively diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform mechanical repairs on International® Brand medium to heavy duty trucks:
• Flat Rate Paid, 20 hours guaranteed for the first 90 Days
• Highly motivated, detail oriented technician with a “can do” attitude.
• Ability to produce quality work in a Flat Rate structure environment.
• Position is Full Time, Monday-Friday, 1st Shift or 2nd Shift
• CDL License is a plus!
