Job summary

Iowa Ag in Atlantic, IA is seeking a Parts Runner (Part Time) to accurately source and deliver parts and equipment to resident technicians and customers while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities include pulling parts for technician orders, supporting the Parts Department, and assisting with freight shipments. Regular travel by van is required, with a valid license and safe driving history.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years parts or parts sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CLAAS parts is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret parts and machine schematics.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving history; ability to travel.
• Forklift operation capability; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull parts to fill technician and customer orders.
• Deliver parts in field and to other FARMPOINT locations or customers.
• Support Parts Department in assembling customer and technician orders.
• Back up Parts Department in pulling and scheduling freight shipments.
• Assist customers with parts lookup and orders.
• Regular travel by parts van; occasional overnight travel may be required.
