Job summary

Cavender Toyota, part of the Cavender Auto Family, is seeking a Parts Runner to support our service team in Texas. You will stock and retrieve parts, assist technicians by delivering parts, and verify deliveries and stock accuracy.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and reliable, detail-oriented performance in a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR, background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Experience in shipping/receiving; automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock and retrieve automotive parts.
• Pull parts from inventory and deliver to technicians.
• Receive and verify daily deliveries; inspect stock and confirm part numbers.

Here is what you will be doing:

• Stocking and retrieving automotive parts
• Pull parts from inventory and take to technicians
• Receive incoming parts deliveries, verify accuracy of daily shipments
• Inspect & verify stock is in good condition, double check part numbers

Here is what you will need:

• High School Diploma/GED is required
• Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Experience in shipping/receiving required, automotive parts experience strongly preferred
• Motivated individual that is very organized and has high attention to detail
