Cavender Toyota, part of the Cavender Auto Family, is seeking a Parts Runner to support technicians by stocking, retrieving, and delivering parts. This on-site role offers a starting wage of $17.00 per hour and benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, parental leave, life insurance, and employee discounts.

You will need a high school diploma, valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and prior shipping/receiving experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Stocking and retrieving automotive parts.
• Pull parts from inventory and deliver to technicians.
• Receive and verify daily shipments and part numbers.
• Inspect stock for condition and accuracy of part numbers.

Here is what you will be doing:

• Stocking and retrieving automotive parts
• Pull parts from inventory and take to technicians
• Receive incoming parts deliveries, verify accuracy of daily shipments
• Inspect & verify stock is in good condition, double check part numbers

Here is what you will need:

• High School Diploma/GED is required
• Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Experience in shipping/receiving required, automotive parts experience strongly preferred
• Motivated individual that is very organized and has high attention to detail
