Job summary

The Lonestar Truck Group is seeking a parts desk/warehouse associate to provide customer service to technicians and customers while ensuring inventory accuracy. Responsibilities include receiving part requests, pulling from stock, delivering parts, and maintaining organization.

Preferred candidates may have a High School diploma or GED and some warehouse experience; basic computer skills are a plus. We offer comprehensive benefits and training opportunities.

• Verbal and written communication to include simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Detailed orientated – verbal, written, and observational.
• Knowledge of Company Standards, Warranty procedures, and vehicle policies.
• Complete daily tasks without constant supervision.
• Dependable and reliable in attendance and achievement of job tasks.

Purpose of Position: This position provides customer service to the technicians or customer while ensuring inventory is properly accounted for.

Essential Job Functions:

• Receive Parts requests from Back Counter Parts Sales or other appropriate personnel.
• Verify requests availability, pull parts from warehouse and inventory, and deliver parts to technician or other customer.
• Place requested parts in designated location and ensure knowledge of parts received.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
