Job summary

Attindas Hygiene Partners designs and manufactures absorbent hygiene products, including Attends, Indas and Comfees. The Supervisor Parts Room leads daily parts room operations to support maintenance and manufacturing, oversees inventory accuracy, and partners with Reliability, Maintenance, Operations, Purchasing and Finance to optimize plant performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in storeroom operations and inventory control.
• Experience coordinating work activities or leading daily operations.
• Knowledge of inventory control practices and material handling processes.
• Experience using ERP, inventory management, or purchasing systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop parts room personnel and plan daily activities.
• Ensure timely receiving, storage, issuance and return of parts and materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Monitor levels, critical spares, usage trends, and reorder points.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes and resolve delivery issues.
• Track purchase orders, backorders, and shortages affecting maintenance.
• Maintain records in Oracle and other systems for inventory and purchasing.
• Support month-end inventory processes and financial reconciliations.
• Maintain clean, organized parts room and enforce safety rules.
• Analyze inventory performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
