Job summary

Chobani is hiring a Parts Room Clerk for the C Shift (6:00PM-6:30AM) to manage inventory, issue parts, and support technicians. You will transact materials in the database, perform cycle counts, and keep the Parts Room organized and safe.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong inventory experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with CMMS or similar software. You will work independently and in collaboration with maintenance and operations teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in inventory management with MRO materials.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Experience with CMMS or similar inventory software.
• Customer service orientation and prompt technician support.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and process-improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise all Parts Room activities with accurate execution.
• Supply tools, parts, services, and equipment to departments as needed.
• Maintain adherence to Inventory Management and Parts Room standards.
• Support cost-reduction initiatives and optimize inventory.
• Record parts into the inventory system during receipt and transfer.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and address discrepancies.
• Organize parts with proper labeling and storage techniques.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient Parts Room environment.
• Pull parts for preventative maintenance and assist technicians.
• Provide customer service to technicians and address line-down needs.
• Monitor tool inventory and check-in/check-out processes.
• Coordinate returns and collaborate with Parts Room team.
• Communicate inventory status and improvement opportunities to office staff.
