Chobani is seeking a diligent Parts Room Clerk for the D Shift (6:00PM-6:30AM) to manage materials, inventory records, and parts dispensing for technicians. You will transact materials in the company database, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate, timely support for maintenance and production teams.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in inventory management, with emphasis on MRO materials.
• Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with CMMS or similar inventory management software.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and prompt technician support.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and drive for process improvement.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and supervise all Parts Room activities for efficiency and accuracy.
• Support engineering, operations, and maintenance by supplying tools, parts, services, and equipment.
• Maintain adherence to Inventory Management and Parts Room standards.
• Identify opportunities to optimize inventory and reduce MRO spend.
• Take parts room inventory and issue parts.
• Receive and record parts into the inventory system; cycle counts.
• Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and storage of parts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized Parts Room.
• Pull parts for preventative maintenance as needed.
• Provide timely customer service to technicians, especially when lines are down.
• Monitor tool inventory and check-in/check-out processes.
• Coordinate part returns to inventory or suppliers.
• Share knowledge with Parts Room staff and maintain shift communications.
• Communicate inventory status and improvement opportunities to colleagues.
• Assist technicians with parts ordering and alternatives.
• Stay flexible and motivated in a fast-paced environment.
