Job summary

Wonderful Citrus in Mission, TX is seeking a Parts Room Clerk to support inventory control, receiving, issuing, stocking, and basic mechanical tasks. You will help maintain organized parts areas and assist with cycle counts.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months in a parts room, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Oracle, good customer service, and a valid driver’s license. Forklift certificate is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent and 6 months of parts room experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Great customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable in parts and mechanics
• Knowledgeable of Oracle system
• Forklift certified a plus
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. S

Job Description

Overview:

The (Parts Room Clerk) will assist in maintaining Parts Room inventory control (inventory levels, cycle counts, etc.), parts Issuing/receiving, stocking items and parts delivery as per the department standard operating procedures. Will also assist with mechanical work per supervisors request.
