Parts Room Attendant - 2nd Shift - Sedalia, Missouri

Join Tyson Foods as a Parts Room Attendant on the 2nd shift in Sedalia, Missouri.

Job Details

This position is responsible for inventory control in the maintenance shop, receiving and storing parts, maintenance supplies, and miscellaneous receivers, while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Responsibilities include:

1. Issuing Tools and Parts: Distribute tools, parts, and equipment to workers and maintain accurate records of issued and returned items.
2. Inventory Management: Control parts room inventory, ensuring items are properly stocked, identified, and organized.
3. Order Processing: Identify and order necessary parts and equipment to maintain adequate inventory levels.
4. Record Keeping: Maintain records related to maintenance parts, including tracking usage and documentation.
5. Locating Items: Assist in locating lost or misplaced tools and parts.
6. Maintenance Support: Provide support to maintenance personnel by ensuring they have necessary tools and parts.

Work Schedule

B Shift: Wed 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM; Thu and Fri 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM; every other weekend Sat and Sun 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Requirements
