Job summary

Amalie Oil Company in Tampa, FL is hiring a Parts Room Attendant for first shift 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. This full-time role supports production and maintenance by receiving, organizing, and tracking inventory, tools, and equipment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, research and track inventory, tools, and equipment.

• Research parts and sign out to mechanics through CMMS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organizational standards.
• Lift up to 50 pounds; work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• Stand and bend throughout long shifts; comply with safety rules.

Full-Time: Monday – Friday + Occasional Overtime as Needed

JOB SUMMARY

A parts room attendant is responsible for receiving, organizing, researching and tracking inventory, tools, and equipment to support production and maintenance operations.

Essential Duties

Basic responsibilities would include:

• Inventory control
• Parts room set up
• Replenishment ordering
• Parts research
• Signing parts out to mechanics through CMMS
• Cleaning and Organizing
• Need to be able to lift 50 lbs
• Work in non-climate-controlled warehouse conditions
• Climb, squat, bend, reach etc.

Required Qualifications

• Basic inventory, manufacturing experience, computer skills.

• Must be able to climb and work from heights (48’).

Work Environment + Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours, able to use stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Must be open to a flexible schedule, including working 12-hour shifts, holidays, and weekends
