Amalie Oil Company in Tampa, FL is seeking a Parts Room Attendant for first shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM). This full-time, on-site role supports production and maintenance by organizing inventory, researching parts and tracking tools.

Requirements include basic inventory experience, computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse and occasionally longer shifts.

We are looking for a Parts Room Attendant for the following shift:
First Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Full-Time: Monday - Friday + Occasional Overtime as Needed
OnSite: Tampa, FL

Job Summary

A parts room attendant is responsible for receiving, organizing, researching and tracking inventory, tools, and equipment to support production and maintenance operations.

Essential Duties

Basic responsibilities would include:

• Inventory control
• Parts room set up
• Replenishment ordering
• Parts research
• Signing parts out to mechanics through CMMS
• Cleaning and Organizing
• Need to be able to lift 50 lbs
• Work in non-climate-controlled warehouse conditions
• Climb, squat, bend, reach etc.

Required Qualifications

• Basic inventory, manufacturing experience, computer skills.
• Operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Shop mathematics.
• Basic record keeping.
• Stocking
• Cycle Counting
• Parts Management
• Oral and written communication.
• Must be able to climb and work from heights (48').
• Driver's License required.

Work Environment + Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours, able to use stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Unloading and loading
• Must be open to a flexible schedule, including working 12-hour shifts, holidays, and weekends

Personal Protective Equipment

• Slip-resistant, safety-toes shoes.
• Eye protection.
• Hearing protection.
