AOCUSA in Tampa, FL is seeking a Blow Molding Shift Supervisor for the third shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM). This full-time role requires overseeing floor operations and assisting lead technicians with blow molding equipment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to meet production goals while maintaining safety standards in a non-temperature-controlled plant environment.

Full-Time: Monday – Friday + Occasional Overtime as Needed

JOB SUMMARY

The Blow Molding Supervisor would be responsible for overseeing our team members on the floor throughout shifts. Assist in lead technicians on the team in the installation and repair of Blow Molding machines and manufacturing equipment as needed.

Work Environment

This job operates in a non-temperature-controlled industrial plant environment. These conditions can vary from hot and cold extremes. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving production machinery and vibration. Moderate noise can be expected from forklifts, machinery, trains and trucks. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. Regular work will be performed near other workers and production machinery.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to traverse the entire facility.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Eight-hour shifts required.
• Over-time required, as needed.
