Overview

The position is responsible for receipt, adjustments, and stocking of parts and supplies related to the maintenance of all complex equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Provide prompt, accurate, and efficient processing of all parts transactions and related warehouse activities.
• Ship items from the facility.
• Receive items into the facility.
• Organize and stock all incoming items.
• Disperse parts and materials to other workers in the company.
• Enter transactions into the company database for each item received or dispersed.
• Maintain inventory records.
• May drive the company truck to pick up incoming stock.
• May drive the company truck to deliver items to other company or community locations.
• Respond to customers' needs in a positive, caring, and timely manner.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Previous forklift experience.
• Clerical experience and knowledge of internal inventory.
• Familiarity with computer use and systems.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Satisfactory communication skills, both oral and written.
• Satisfactory customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, high-energy level, and excellent attendance.
