Job summary

Kunes Auto Group is hiring a Returns Clerk for our Parts Department. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with consistent daytime hours and no nights or weekends.

You will check in returned parts, verify accuracy and condition, and process credits to customers while maintaining organized records. Training is provided for the right candidate with attention to detail and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts, returns, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Willing to learn return processing and credits.

Responsibilities

• Check in returned parts and confirm accuracy and condition.
• Inspect returns to match orders and standards.
• Process approved returns into inventory or back to manufacturer.
• Assist in writing return credits to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all processed returns.
• Follow safety policies to ensure a secure work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
