Job summary

Hammon Plating in East Palo Alto, CA is seeking a Parts Set Up associate for a full-time, Monday–Friday role. Responsibilities include racking parts, plugging, masking, wiring, and masking removal, with post-process inspection and collaboration with the plating team to meet production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Rack parts securely using appropriate fixtures and tooling.
• Plugging, masking and racking parts.
• Wire handling with common tools (wire cutters, tape, plugs).
• Apply masking to areas requiring protection from plating.
• Remove masking post-process and inspect for accuracy.
• Maintain tools and workstations in clean, organized condition.
• Ensure parts are handled carefully to prevent damage.
• Collaborate with the plating team to meet production schedules.
