Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 5+ years manufacturing experience with OEM suppliers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers to address daily mass production quality problems.
• Gather part measurement data and apply Honda problem-solving tools.
• Approve supplier countermeasures and change points before final approval.
• Coordinate meetings with suppliers, in-house depts., and Honda R&D.
• Support QAVs to confirm investigations and countermeasures.
• Review system design changes and assist with staff development.
