Qualifications

• Ability to organize workload for timely accomplishment of work.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, reach, push/pull, bend, twist, stoop, kneel.
• Work in a fast paced environment with interruptions.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; repetitively lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect all work and rework as necessary.
• Comply with ISO Quality and Work Instructions, safety rules, and company policies.
• Read and understand supporting documentation for the work area.
• Monitor the work area for cleanliness and organization.
• Pull parts, hand assemble gear motors/reducers/drives, and manage inventory.
