Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager for its Service Business in Mount Pleasant, PA. You will own high voltage service orders end-to-end, book orders, manage schedules, and keep customers informed, serving as the central contact to keep projects on track.

This on-site role emphasizes organization, clear communication, and delivery execution. The position requires on-site presence at the Mt. Pleasant facility with occasional travel as project needs dictate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3+ years in project order management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering preferred for progression and scope.
• Strong customer focus, relationship-building, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery of high voltage service orders.
• Collaborate with commercial operations and field teams to align project details and schedules.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and update milestones in enterprise systems.
• Serve as main point of contact for customers, providing updates and resolving inquiries.
• Oversee backlog management with accurate planning and reporting of delivery and revenue.
• Support administrative tasks for project orders and turnkey projects.
• Share lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in project execution.
• Analyze project data and report progress using Excel and Power BI.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• High school diploma with 3+ years of experience in project order management, customer support, or project management; OR Bachelor's degree in business or engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience.


• Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.


• Excellent organization, time management, and communication abilities.


• Knowledge in SAP for order management and Excel for data analysis.


• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.


• Willingness to travel occasionally as required by project needs.


• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
