Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Promote customer service programs such as Hi-5 and related selling.
• Assist professional customers with installer services as needed.
• Complete required training for the position.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and suggest related items.
• Process cash, checks, credit cards, returns according to policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Support daily image maker and planogram updates; assist with stocking and inventory.
• Operate store equipment after training and meet requirements.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries, codes) where allowed by law.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle according to needs.
• All other duties as assigned.
