Epika Fleet Services, Inc. is seeking a Parts Associate to support construction and industrial equipment customers across the Southeast. You will source, order, and manage inventory, assist customers, and ensure accurate parts fulfillment with a focus on service quality.

The role emphasizes teamwork, operating in a fast-paced environment, and maintaining organized records while building strong vendor relationships to enable timely delivery and competitive pricing.

Qualifications

• Parts experience in construction equipment and/or automotive industry.
• Basic computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong teamwork, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safe, superior customer service as a top priority.

Responsibilities

• Source, order, and manage inventory for construction equipment and/or automotive parts.
• Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email to identify and fulfill parts needs.
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain organized inventory records and update systems as stock levels change.
• Collaborate with technicians and service teams to ensure the right parts are available for repairs.
• Research and price parts, including special orders and hard-to-find items.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to support competitive pricing and availability.
• Provide safe, superior customer service on every interaction.
• Support warehouse organization, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
