Wheeler Machinery Co. is seeking a Parts Pricing/Claims Analyst to own Caterpillar claims accuracy and develop pricing and margin analysis within the Supply Chain team.

The role partners with the Supply Chain Manager and Go-To-Market teams to implement a structured customer discount strategy and support overall profitability across multiple go-to-market groups. Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or related analytical software.
• Vendor management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own Caterpillar claims end to end, including mis-shipped or incorrect parts.
• Track discounting profitability and ensure credits are posted.
• Develop and audit tiered customer discount structures and pricing strategies.
• Manage Caterpillar program changes and ERP mappings for pricing accuracy.
• Provide weekly updates on claims, profitability, and pricing actions.
