Job summary

Tradewind Aviation is seeking a part-time Parts Personnel to join our Stuart, FL location. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work weekends and holidays as needed. Knowledge of aircraft parts is a plus, with emphasis on accurate receiving, shipping, and inventory control.

The role is non-exempt/hourly, requiring flexibility with shifts and travel to Caribbean regions and the Northeast US as needed. Valid driver’s license and passport are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts or aviation is a plus.
• Willingness to train and learn on the job.
• Must have valid US driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Source and order aircraft parts and shop equipment.
• Unpack, examine, count, and label incoming material.
• Match paperwork with purchase orders and maintain inventory control.
• Receive, put away, pick, pack, and ship goods as needed.
• Prepare parts for delivery to production floors and maintain accuracy in records.

The individual should be attentive to detail, have strong organizational skills, good problem-solving skills, and a strong desire to help others. The position is non-exempt/hourly. Knowledge of aircraft/parts is a plus.
