We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Parts Outside Sales Representative to support the growth of our parts business across the Pacific Northwest. This role is highly customer-facing and focused on developing strong, long-term relationships with HVAC service contractors and building owners.
This position responds promptly to requests and gathers necessary information to assist in identifying and sourcing requested parts. The successful candidate will manage an assigned territory of approximately 40–50 active accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a field-based sales environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants to be part of a growing, technically focused HVAC organization.
Base Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 depending on experience and qualifications, and a $6,000 annual vehicle allowance.
Variable uncapped performance bonus based on revenue growth, margin performance, and strategic contributions.
Career Advancement: Potential path to outside sales, outside sales manager, district sales manager based on performance, aptitude and willingness to learn.
