Job summary

Kress Corporation in Brimfield, IL is seeking a full-time Parts Business Manager to lead the parts department, manage quotes, orders, and related processes. You will supervise the Parts Representatives and ensure 24/7 responsiveness aligned with production planning.

The role requires 5+ years in parts operations or manufacturing, strong ERP and office software skills, and the ability to collaborate across Purchasing, Manufacturing, Finance, and Engineering. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in parts operations, aftermarket support, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with heavy equipment manufacturing and sales support is preferred.
• Experience working within an ERP system (order management, inventory, or demand planning) preferred.
• Understanding of purchase agreements / deal formation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office products.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe working environment and conduct safety audits.
• Cover all scheduled shifts to provide timely operations.
• Manage purchase agreements and terms.
• Supervise Parts Representatives.
• Oversee quotation, order processing, and RGA processes.
• Coordinate with Master Planning for demand planning.
• Address 24/7 customer needs and issue resolution.
• Monitor and report parts metrics and performance.
• Maintain audit-compliant purchase orders.
