Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering or related experience.
• Experience in a technical/mechanical field is preferred.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment and site application engineering is a plus.
• Budgeting knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategy for all assigned products.
• Understand mechanical assemblies for heavy mobile machinery.
• Create and maintain market analysis for industries to track sales strategy.
• Provide timely proposals that align with sales strategy.
• Utilize ERP system to coordinate information across departments.
• Negotiate and execute contracts within the risk framework.
• Lead hand-off of won projects for proper contract administration.
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Advise customers on technical solutions with cross-department input.
• Contribute to the sales forecast with accuracy.
