Job summary

Hyspeco, Inc. seeks a warehouse associate in Missouri to pick, pull, and stage parts orders and cut industrial hose to spec using approved equipment. You will verify accuracy, stock and replenish inventory, and maintain a clean, safe work area in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 procedures.

Responsibilities include measuring, assembling kits, and operating forklifts or pallet jacks while following safety guidelines and using scanners for inventory movements.

Qualifications

• Must read pick lists and work orders and identify part numbers.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners is preferred.
• Forklift experience is an asset.
• Must be able to perform basic math for lengths and quantities.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pull, and stage parts orders using pick tickets/work orders.
• Measure and cut industrial hose to required lengths using approved equipment.
• Assemble kits and component bundles to specification and sequence.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and special instructions for accuracy.
• Inspect parts and hose assemblies for damage and quality before fulfillment.
• Maintain clean, organized picking areas and tool stations for safety and efficiency.
• Stock, rotate, and replenish inventory; report shortages or discrepancies.
• Use warehouse systems and scanners to transact picks, transfers, and inventory movements.
• Move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks with proper safety.
