• Quality control: visually inspect orders before shipping.
• Dispatch: ensure correct quantities, freight costs, and tracking numbers.
• Inventory/cycle counting as a team.
• Hose assembly and crimping for orders.
• Kitting: packaging components per spec.
• Front counter support and customer inquiries.
