Job summary

Atlas Copco Holding GmbH seeks an Aftermarket Parts Operations Facilitator to coordinate spare parts orders from release through delivery, collaborating with manufacturing, logistics, sourcing, customer centers, and sales to ensure on‑time delivery and strong customer satisfaction.

You will report to the Customer Solutions Sales Manager and work with global teams to monitor order status, drive process improvements, and maintain performance metrics for reliable service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar function or equivalent work/education experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with ERP systems and order management processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate spare parts orders across manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, customer centers, and sales teams to support on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Create and release purchase requisitions, manufacturing packages, and documentation for spare parts and engineered solutions orders.
• Monitor order status, identify delays, maintain backlog data, and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage Net Invoiced Sales (NIS) reporting, forecasts, and operational performance metrics.
