Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Parts Department operations for internal/external customers.
• Maintain processes to support inventory accuracy and timely parts availability.
• Aim for monthly/annual department goals within budgets and objectives.
• Develop and monitor department marketing initiatives to support sales.
• Manage perpetual and annual inventory counts and records.
• Process warranty claims, returns, and credits within timelines.
• Maximize participation in vendor purchasing/discount programs.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain department staff with leadership.
• Maintain staffing plans and succession tools including dept depth chart.
• Ensure tools/equipment/vehicles are safe and operational.
