Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic data entry and computer aptitude required.
• Knowledge of parts and machinery helpful.
• Experience with John Deere Parts Catalog preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs daily.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience in office and warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays
• Communicate and fill customer online parts orders via the customer portal
• Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations
• Helps to keep parts department clean and orderly
• Follows up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the Lead
• Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles
• Helps answer phones and address customer voicemails with urgency
• Support customer
• Other duties as assigned
