Job summary

Empire's Senior Parts Manager will oversee the parts operation at assigned branch stores or mine sites, driving parts sales, will call, and inventory control while delivering high service levels to clients and Caterpillar. You will implement CI and SOP integration and work toward Gold status in the Parts Dealer Excellence.

You will manage the parts staff, collaborate on budgets, and support branch operations to strengthen customer loyalty and vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years related experience including 5 years of management.
• Experience with computer business system tools and data visualization preferred.
• Current Driver’s License and English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Parts staff to deliver superior customer service.
• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
• Manage branch returns and stock sorting to ensure service excellence.
• Support branches with personnel needs and distribution requirements.
• Develop and manage the Parts Call Center and training programs.
