Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Parts Clerk to manage parts ordering, verify deliveries, and assist Body Technicians in a fast-paced collision repair environment. The role supports Repair Planners to ensure parts accuracy and timely processing of orders.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and experience in automotive parts with familiarity of estimating software. This on-site position offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in a parts capacity in the automotive industry.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and work orders.
• Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Order parts quickly and accurately based on estimates and supplements.
• Communicate with parts vendors to order parts as needed.
• Partner with Repair Planners to ensure parts accuracy.
• Monitor deliveries and update Repair Planner on status.
• Receive and mirror match delivered parts to repair orders.
• Inspect delivered parts for damage within two hours of delivery.
• Return incorrect parts to vendors.
• Drive parts-related KPIs and communicate optimizations.
• Coordinate parts invoicing and ensure daily posting in CCC One.
• Support Body Technicians with parts knowledge.
• Lead Parts Team if applicable.
