Job summary

Truck Country® / Stoops Freightliner-Western Star in Indianapolis seeks a Parts Administrative Associate to support the Parts Department with inventory control, invoicing, and order processing. You will work with internal teams and suppliers to keep records accurate and payments timely.

The role requires keen attention to detail, strong communication, and basic computer skills. You’ll help maintain schedules, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth daily operations across multiple suppliers,

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Perform data entry with accuracy.
• Process invoices and vendor credits promptly.
• Reconcile parts payable/receivable and core returns.
• Coordinate daily emergency and critical orders across multiple suppliers.
• Provide backup support to warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with supervisors to resolve posting discrepancies.
• Handle additional duties to support department operations.
