Job summary

Tri County Auto Group in Limerick, PA is seeking a full-time Assistant Parts Manager for Toyota. The role supports daily parts operations, including inventory management, ordering and receiving parts, and ensuring accurate stock records.

You will help identify the correct Toyota parts and provide updates on order status while supporting parts counter and back-end operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive parts, strong customer service, and familiarity with Toyota

Qualifications

• Experience with parts operations: ordering, receiving, stocking, and tracking.
• Strong customer service and communication to assist service teams and customers.
• Familiarity with Toyota parts, catalogs, and dealer management systems (DMS).
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to multitask and resolve issues.
• Leadership and teamwork to support the Parts Manager and peers.
• Prior experience in an automotive parts department preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive training a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights; comply with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory management, ordering and receiving parts, and maintaining stock records.
• Identify and source the correct Toyota parts for service teams and customers.
• Provide timely updates on order status and support parts counter and back-end operations.
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure parts availability.
• Monitor parts performance and returns; contribute to process improvements.
• Train and support parts staff; maintain a clean, organized work area; follow policies and safety standards.
