Vallejo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead and grow the parts department in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment in Vallejo, CA. The role requires hands-on leadership, process discipline, and a track record of profitability in a Chrysler/Stellantis setting.

You will oversee inventory, wholesale growth, and cross-functional collaboration with service, sales, and wholesale clients while maintaining strong vendor relationships and ensuring adherence

Qualifications

• Previous Parts Manager experience required (CDJR / Stellantis preferred).
• Strong understanding of Mopar parts systems and manufacturer processes.
• Proven track record of managing inventory and driving profitability.
• Experience with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar).
• Ability to lead a team and enforce structure and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the parts department to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain proper inventory levels, obsolescence control, and stock order accuracy.
• Work closely with the service department to ensure fast turnaround and parts availability.
• Grow and manage wholesale parts business.
• Monitor and improve gross profit, parts-to-labor ratio, and departmental KPIs.
• Ensure all manufacturer (Stellantis) standards and guidelines are met.
• Train, develop, and hold parts staff accountable.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional department operations.
• Handle vendor relationships and negotiate pricing when applicable.

About Us:
Vallejo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a fast-growing, high-volume dealership focused on performance, accountability, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for an experienced Parts Manager with a strong Chrysler / Stellantis background to lead and grow our parts department. This is a key leadership role with real opportunity to make an impact.

Position Summary:
The Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the parts department, including inventory management, wholesale growth, internal operations, and profitability. The right candidate will be hands-on, process-driven, and capable of building a high-performing team while maintaining strong relationships with service, sales, and wholesale clients.
