Crash Champions is seeking a Parts Coordinator at our Woodlawn, MD location. You will manage parts ordering, track deliveries, and support body technicians with parts knowledge in a fast-paced collision repair environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and experience in automotive parts with knowledge of estimating software. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Experience in a parts capacity in the automotive industry
• Ability to read and understand instructions and work orders
• Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software

Responsabilidades

• Manage and complete all parts ordering with accuracy; coordinate with vendors and repair planners.
• Monitor deliveries and update the Repair Planner on status.
• Receive and check in parts; mirror match to repair orders.
• Inspect delivered parts for damage within two hours of delivery.
• Return incorrect parts to vendors immediately.
• Track parts KPIs: margins, credits, inventory; report to GM.
• Coordinate parts invoicing; post daily in CCC One.
• Support technicians with parts knowledge; stay updated on regulations.
• Lead Parts Team when applicable; mentor the Parts Assistant
