Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring a Parts Specialist in Blue Island, IL. You will manage parts orders, monitor deliveries, receive and inspect parts, and support technicians with parts knowledge. The role includes ensuring accurate invoicing and leading the Parts team when needed.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, US work authorization, and experience in automotive parts with proficiency in estimating software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in a parts capacity in the automotive industry.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and work orders.
• Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete all parts ordering; order parts based on estimates and supplements.
• Monitor deliveries; track parts status and update the Repair Planner.
• Receive and check in parts; mirror match to repair orders.
• Inspect delivered parts for quality within two hours of delivery.
• Return incorrect parts to vendor promptly.
• Drive parts KPIs; communicate for optimization.
• Coordinate parts invoicing; ensure daily postings in CCC One.
• Support Body Technicians with parts knowledge and regulatory compliance.
• Lead Parts Team by mentoring and directing the Parts Assistant.
