Karl Malone Dealerships in Salt Lake City is seeking a driven Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department in automotive and powersports. You will own inventory accuracy, vendor relationships, and team leadership while driving profitability and top-tier customer service.

The ideal candidate brings real-world parts operations experience, strong leadership, and hands-on expertise with DMS systems and Microsoft Office; a high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of parts, systems, and inventory processes

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with parts management systems and Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or industry certifications preferred

• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing team of parts professionals
• Maintain optimal inventory levels through strategic ordering and vendor management
• Ensure accuracy of all parts transactions, including receiving, returns, and cycle counts
• Partner with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Sales to support repair efficiency and customer needs
• Drive department profitability through pricing strategies, promotions, and operational improvements
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally while maintaining a premium experience
• Uphold company standards for safety, cleanliness, organization, and compliance
• Stay current on automotive and powersports trends, parts updates, and new product offerings
