Job summary

Midwest Peterbilt Group is seeking a Parts Manager to lead the Parts Department and drive inventory, pricing, and customer service. You will partner with Service, Body Shop, and Sales to ensure parts availability and strong financial performance.

Responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing purchasing, monitoring KPIs, and enforcing safety and compliance while delivering excellent service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 5+ years of heavy-duty truck parts experience preferred.
• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills with inventory and business systems.

The Parts Manager is responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and operation of the Parts Department. This role oversees inventory management, purchasing, pricing strategies, customer service, and staff development to ensure efficient operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. The Parts Manager works closely with Service, Body Shop, and Sales departments to support internal and external customers while maintaining strong financial performance and inventory control.The \"Major Duties and Responsibilities\" listed below highlights the key responsibilities and qualifications for the role.
